Translation of the contract subject: The contract involves the supply of three pieces of 56-inch longitudinal seam submerged arc welded (LSAW) pipes of grade API 5LX70. It complies with the standards of the National Gas Engineering and Development Company of Iran. Adherence to all standards, quality requirements, proper selection of materials and items, conducting quality and technical tests, ensuring pipe protection during transportation, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all stages are mandatory. The specifications of the pipes are as follows: 56-inch pipes of grade API 5L, X70, LSAW with a thickness of 0.625 inches totaling 33 kilometers, 56-inch pipes of grade API 5L, X70, LSAW with a thickness of 0.750 inches totaling 10 kilometers, and 56-inch pipes of grade API 5L, X70, LSAW with a thickness of 0.875 inches totaling 8 kilometers. The delivery location of the goods is at the warehouse of the National Gas Company of Iran (Shahid Taheri Warehouse) at kilometer 22 of the Saveh Road after Islamshahr. The criterion for delivery will be the issuance of a technical inspection certificate confirming the completion of construction and technical approval of the goods, along with the issuance of a receipt for each stage of delivery.
